Little Blue Lamb's Shipping Policy

We normally ship orders within NZ through our nominated carrier company. Generally, delivery is within 4 days depending on location.

By default, our method of shipping is with Aramex Couriers or NZ Post 1-3 day service tracked.

FREE SHIPPING within New Zealand on orders $99.00 or more.

Our Online Store estimates delivery times in good faith and in stock items usually ship in 2-4 business days. Delivery times are good faith estimates only and Little Blue Lamb will not be liable for delays.

All Shipments are subject to stock availability. We operate a market stall and very occasionally an item will be sold at the same time it is ordered online.

Exchanges and Returns: If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days of the invoice date. We have established the following return policy: Any return or exchange will need to be sent back within 14 days for processing. Please note: Any return or exchange that exceeds 14 days will not be accepted and the item will be shipped back at the customer's expense. The item(s) must be returned in original condition with the original tags attached. Worn, soiled, odorous, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned and will not have a credit issued upon return.

Please note: Items may be exchanged or returned for a refund.

Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
