Little Blue Lamb's Terms & Conditions

The use of this site is governed by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. Your use or placement of any order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions represent the full and complete agreement between Little Blue Lamb ("Little Blue Lamb" or "we") and our customer ("you"), and supercede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any correspondence, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by Little Blue Lamb. These terms can only be modified in a writing signed by a Little Blue Lamb Vice President. Little Blue Lamb reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

LAYBY POLICY - purchases may be put on layby on request. We require 20% deposit within 3 days of purchase with the balance payable over a maximum of 3 fortnightly or 6 weekly payments. We reserve the right to cancel your layby if not paid for within this time frame and either refund payment made less a 15% administration fee, or supply what has been paid for, unless otherwise arranged. We endeavour to see our customers satisfied with their purchases and are happy to work in with whatever your schedule may be, in fairness to all.

REWARD POINTSpoints are allocated on eligible purchases once payment has been finalised and goods shipped or collected. Points can only be allocated to purchases made by registered customers (see My Account). Points may then be redeemed against new season or full price stock that has a 'price in reward points'. Points are valued at 5% of the price of your previous purchases and are automatically adjusted to the value of the purchase you are wanting to make. Points may be accumulated and applied against any item with a 'price in reward points' as a full discount (if enough points accumulated) or a partial discount. Reward points may not be exchanged for cash or credit.

Little Blue Lamb Limitation of Liability for Typographical Errors Policy


In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or the product is no longer available, Little Blue Lamb will have the right to refuse or cancel, without liability, any orders placed for product that is no longer available or is listed at the incorrect price. Little Blue Lamb will have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Little Blue Lamb will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Little Blue Lamb Jurisdiction & Venue Policy

The Little Blue Lamb site is administered in Taihape and all orders are deemed to be solely performed in [your region], regardless of where you are located. You agree that any legal action brought against Little Blue Lamb will be governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Any cause of action must be brought within one (1) year from the date that the cause of action arose.

Little Blue Lamb Payment Method Policy

We accept credit card payment via PayPal for online purchases and Visa and Mastercard for instore purchases. All payments are required in NZ Dollars ($). There is no additional surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Little Blue Lamb when you phone in on 06 388 1242 # NZ Orders Only! Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number, which is the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

PayPal - Please use the PayPal option if you wish to pay by credit or debit card. 

Bank Transfer - These details will be sent to you automatically with your order confirmation.

Laybuy - If you wish to pay your order in installments we are pretty easy to to deal with (20% deposit plus four weekly payments).  Please select Bank Transfer and leave a comment to let us know and we will set it up for you.

Little Blue Lamb Inventory Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify that the item(s) ordered were in stock at the time the order was placed. Little Blue Lamb reserves the right to offer for sale items that are temporarily out of stock but are currently in production, and are expected to be placed into inventory within 7 business days from receipt of your order. If at any time after receipt of your order, Little Blue Lamb discovers that there will be a longer delay, Little Blue Lamb will notify you via email as to the "backorder" and you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order at this time. Little Blue Lamb reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item in the form of a split shipment.
